On Saturday we power-walked from the Pitti Palace to the train station in order to make our train to Pisa before the sun set!

We arrived in Pisa and tried to figure out the bus system to get to the Duomo and the Tower faster. After a quick bus ride we stepped out and there it was, the famed Leaning Tower!

We walked through hundreds of tourists and men who were trying to sell you their crap and stole a spot where we could take all of our “stereotypical Leaning Tower pictures.” I forgot to mention that right as we stepped off the bus, we heard a loud clap of thunder, so we meant BUSINESS. We got all four of our pictures taken in a short time, luckily before it started to downpour!

We didn’t really get to do much besides see the Leaning Tower in Pisa, but it was a must-do since we were so close!
